Option 1
Your recurring gift started before February 2023
Make changes to your recurring gift using the donor portal that is hosted on the Raise Donors giving system. You should find your active recurring gift there if you started your recurring giving to Proverbs 31 Ministries before February 2023.
Option 2
Your recurring gift started after February 2023
Make changes to your recurring gift using the donor portal that is hosted on the FundRaiseUp giving system. You should find your active recurring gift there if you started your recurring giving to Proverbs 31 Ministries after February 2023.
Option 3
You are unsure of your start date.
If you are unsure about the start date of your recurring gift or would like us to look it up for you, please contact us and we will be glad to help point you in the right direction. Our support hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm ET and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm ET.
NOTE: If you have given any single donations before February 2023 you may find that your giving history is found in both systems so you may to check both Option 1 and Options 2. We are working towards a solution to combine systems so we apologize for the inconvenience.
